Senior Wedding Planner

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of luxury weddings.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their vision
Create detailed project timelines, checklists, and execution plans
Collaborate with internal design and production teams for theme and concept development
Manage and coordinate with vendors – decor, catering, logistics, entertainment, and more
Prepare and manage event budgets; track costs and ensure cost-effectiveness
Supervise on-site setup, rehearsals, and event-day operations
Handle crisis management and provide quick solutions during events
Mentor and manage junior planners and execution staff
Conduct post-event reviews and ensure timely vendor payments and client feedback

Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on experience in wedding/event planning

Experience with luxury or large-scale weddings is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and client-servicing skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with Indian wedding traditions and modern trends
Comfortable working weekends and travel-ready (when required)
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
