We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Website Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality websites for our company and clients.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites using WordPress, PHP, and other languages/tools.
• Collaborate with the team to implement website design concepts and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Customise and configure WordPress themes, plugins and API calls according to project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality and performance.
• Optimise websites for speed and improve front-end performance.
• Ensure website security and implement necessary measures to protect against vulnerabilities.
• Create and maintain website documentation, including coding standards and best practices.
What we want
• 4+ years of experience in website development, preferably in a professional setting.
• In depth knowledge and strong understanding of WordPress, PHP, MYSQL, JS (jQuery), CSS, HTML and responsive web design principles.
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, and familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
• Experience of working with high traffic websites.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Salary & Job type
