What You'll Do :
• Oversee the editing of high-quality video projects, including advertisements, social media content, and event highlights, ensuring they resonate with our campaign narratives.
• Develop innovative video concepts that engage audiences and convey the campaign’s central messages, while maintaining a consistent narrative style across all content to ensure coherent and compelling storytelling throughout the campaign.
• Mentor and guide junior editors, fostering their growth while ensuring the quality of output consistently aligns with our campaign standards and storytelling objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas that elevate and align with our campaigns evolving stories.
• Work closely with directors, marketing teams, and content creators to ensure that every piece of video content aligns with the campaign’s story and strategic goals.

What You’ll Bring :
• 2+ years of experience in video editing (experience in campaigns or organizations is a plus).
• A degree or certification in film production, media arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop).
• Your projects should have the potential to go viral, leaving a lasting impact with every piece of work you create.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
