Responsibilities

You will be responsible for representing plaintiffs in court, negotiating settlements, and managing an active caseload of civil and personal injury cases. You will also supervise legal assistants and junior attorneys, and delegate tasks as necessary.

Requirements

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the State Bar.
5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
Personal injury experience (plaintiff).
Trial experience.
