Support the month-end and year-end closing processes as directed, including journal entries, reconciliations, and miscellaneous analyses
Transaction Management: Review and book daily banking transactions, maintain accuracy between inventory management and accounting systems, and perform monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
Expense and Invoicing Management: Verify and enter travel expenses according to company policies, ensure timely booking and payment of expenses, and invoice customers promptly while following up on payments
Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and file various regulatory and annual filings, such as sales tax and 10++ forms

If this describes you, please read on! Among the current openings, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Staff Accountant who will be responsible for supporting accounting and finance functions. Reporting to the company’s Director of Finance, this is a newly created, full-time position based in our Wilmington, Massachusetts headquarters.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Required:

Preferred:
• Knowledge of Sales Tax requirements would be a plus.
