Tax Return Compliance - Assist in the review of VAT returns for the region and support technology and process improvements to improve compliance process for the region Tax Audits and Controversies - Coordinate and support information request arising from audits including liaising with finance contacts and external service providers General support in analysing and implementing various corporate initiatives and policies Continuously review work processes to ensure efficient workflow to maximize efficiency and quality of information flow. Formulate a plan to gather and communicate information and ensure necessary actions Identify and facilitate the implementation of VAT projects including understanding, communicating and managing projects from inception to completion Profile Description Experience in VAT and Compliance matters, preferably for Europe and APAC region. Qualified Chartered accountant (CA) / MBA from a reputed institute will be preferred. Proven experience in delivery of quality work and take day to day leadership of delivery and ensure compliance of all aspects of indirect taxation Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements Organised, hands-on, meticulous and able to work independently and under time pressure.
