Qualifications
To be considered for the Software Engineer position, you must meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years' experience in software development, specifically in full stack web development
Programming languages: REACT, TypeScript, JS, CICD, Containers/Dockers, Node skills, Adonis Framework
Tools: Click Up, Git, Lucid, MySQL, PHP, RUST (bonus), GO, gRPC
Databases: MySQL
Methodologies: Scrum/Agile
Proven experience in developing and maintaining software applications in the insurance or similar industry
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and life cycle
Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for complex challenges
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members
Proven experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior developers
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
