Job Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Coordination

2. Performance Monitoring and Improvement

3. Cost Management and Optimization

4. Quality optimization & Rejection Control

5. MIS & Reports to Management

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
5+ years of production experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or leadership role in electronics manufacturing.
Expertise in lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
