Senior Manager | Marketing

This position exists to Strategize, Execute and Control Marketing activities at the center.
• It is the responsibility of this position to develop and maintain relationships with Developers and agencies.
• By enhancing the customers experience and creating buzz in the Market he/she will ensure the centre’s performance in terms of Mall Consumption and footfalls.
• Prepare quarterly/half yearly/ annual Marketing Calendar based on region
• Conceptualize and execute the plan Increase in footfall and revenue in the entertainment section through corporate tie-up
• Overall responsible for driving corporate sales, bulk bookings of entertainment category at the center Internal Communication – interaction with retailers via newsletter and employee mailers
• External Communication – Newspaper Campaigns, Radio Campaigns, Outdoor Campaign and BTL activation Create PR strategy to achieve stated objective
• Manage PR agencies Partnering with retailers during events and activation at the mall to increase Trading Density and Sales at the Mall.
• Ensure adherence to Annual Marketing Budget Increase Interaction on the digital space including Facebook Marketing
• Connect ith brands and develop.
• Need to give a 1 year plan for Marketing Strategy by connecting with retailers.
• 10-12 years experience in Marketing, Brand Strategy and Retail Income.
