About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated interior designer to lead our team in delivering innovative and effective interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptual Design & Spatial Analysis: Develop well-thought-out design concepts that meet clients' needs, including space planning and spatial analysis.
2. Technical Services: Provide technical support for design detailing and working drawings, ensuring high-quality output that meets project requirements.
3. Decor & Styling: Apply your expertise in furniture systems and finishes to create visually appealing and functional spaces.
4. 3D Modelling in SketchUp: Utilize your proficiency in SketchUp to create accurate 3D models of designs, facilitating communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline: You must hold a degree from a recognized institution in interior design or architecture.
2. Keen learner with high intent to perform well: A strong desire to continuously learn and improve your skills is essential for success in this role.
3. Basic knowledge of furniture systems and finishes: Familiarity with various furniture systems and finishes is necessary for creating effective design solutions.
4. Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning: You should have a solid grasp of space planning principles to develop well-designed spaces.
5. Able to develop and present design concepts: Strong communication skills are required to effectively present your ideas to clients and stakeholders.
