Senior Finance and Accounting Professional

We are seeking a seasoned finance and accounting professional to join our team at Studio Mosaic. As a proactive and trustworthy individual with excellent analytical skills, you will be responsible for managing financial functions, accounting tasks, tax compliance, payroll management, and account receivables and payables.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement effective financial plans, monitor cash flow statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Accounting and Bookkeeping: Record all entries, maintain accounting controls, and prepare financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Tax Compliance and Payroll Management: Ensure timely payment of taxes, manage payroll processing, and maintain accurate records of employee data.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash inflows and outflows, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet business needs.
• Vendor and External Payments: Analyze and process vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Accounts and Finance: A recognized degree in finance or accounting is essential for this role.
• 3-6 Years of Experience: Proven experience as a finance and accounts professional is required, preferably in a similar industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
