Senior Family Lawyer Position

About the Role:
This role requires excellent litigation skills, strong legal writing abilities, and proven case management experience.
You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, and adoption law.
Key Skills:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar where you are practicing.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in family law, with a strong background in litigation, legal writing, and case management.
Proven experience in handling family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, and adoption law.
Exceptional legal writing and research skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, with a strong ability to represent and protect our clients' interests.
Strong case management skills, with the ability to manage a large caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide them with compassionate and effective legal support.
Proficiency in using legal software for case management, legal research, and document drafting.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
