About the role
The Senior Executive Officer provides a range of high-level executive, secretariat, and project support services to a nominated Senior Executive. This includes offering professional administrative support, managing communications, creating project plans, and managing projects, preparing executive briefs, and implementing strategies to support the achievement of the organisation’s strategic and operational objectives.
The Senior Executive Officer is responsible for ensuring consistency and best practice management of the strategic committees supporting the CALHN Executive Team. This involves coordinating committee activities, ensuring effective communication among members, and maintaining alignment with organisational goals.
Additionally, the Senior Executive Officer acts as the strategic interface across the organisation and SA Health. In this capacity, the officer anticipates issues that may require the Executive's attention, provides leadership, and facilitates the development of strategic corporate and management initiatives.
This role is pivotal in bridging communication and strategy implementation between the Executive team, the organisation and its key stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:
Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
