Summary of the position

The person’s responsibilities can be divided into three major parts:
• Stakeholder management and process mapping – He/she will lead discussions and conversations with different teams/markets, understand the requirements, and work on establishing seamless processes as per the timeline among various stakeholders including sales, product and design team members
• Copy – He/she is expected to lead and execute copy-related asks, which include writing copy for creative assets and social media captions as per the requirement
• Media buying & Reporting – He/she is expected to work independently and with the media agency partner for promotion of content, wherever required. Understanding on audience mapping, reporting and analytics is essential

This being a dynamic role with an expectation to run multiple campaigns at the same along with management of stakeholders is important.

Role and Responsibilities
• Manage the full operations of the Content Development for social handles and digital assets, independently along with collaborating with the partner agencies, and ensure it is delivered to all relevant stakeholders
• Process mapping and execution
• Reporting and analytics

Qualification and Skill Set
• Graduate: Social media/digital marketing background
• 3-4 years of experience in social media team, ideally, from an agency background
• Experience with media buying is a plus
• Ability to work on E2E plan from stakeholder management, content ideation, execution to monitoring is expected
• Ability to work in agile cross-functional teams
