Job description
You will welcome customers, provide assistance, and address their concerns effectively. Regularly supervise checkout stations to ensure smooth operations. In the absence of the Manager, you will be responsible for managing store operations efficiently. Your duties will include maintaining the checkout area clean, safe, and organized.

Evaluating the performance of cash associates and providing constructive feedback will be part of your role. You must ensure that customer transactions are processed promptly and accurately. Generating cash-related documents and account reports will be essential tasks.

Performing bank deposits and withdrawals following established policies is a crucial aspect of the job. You will also be responsible for ensuring that cash associates adhere to accounting policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards. Promptly identifying and communicating any accounting-related issues to management is vital.

Moreover, you will play a key role in ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed, stocked, and labeled according to standards. Your dedication to maintaining high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction will be instrumental in the success of the store operations.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of 12,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month. The job type is Full-time with a fixed shift schedule and the potential for a yearly bonus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and a total of 2 years of work experience is also preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Excel.
