About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be accountable for leading the end-to-end business analysis, stakeholder engagement and technical solution to the complex business problems by critically analysing information gathered through a range of elicitation techniques ensuring business and stakeholder outcomes and prepare relevant documentation according to Australian Retirement Trust (ART)’s Delivery Framework.


Day to day, you'll:

Lead stakeholder engagement to develop measurable benefits and quality outcomes
Elicit, analyse, and document end-to-end requirements using various facilitation methods
Translate business requirements into suitable technology solutions
Maintain communication channels and support stakeholder management
Perform detailed data analysis and ensure alignment with business strategy

About you

Strong previous experience in delivering business and technical analysis services.
Extensive and in-depth experience in business analysis in complex transformation programs and projects
Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, facilitation of workshops and presentation skills
Demonstrated high level skills in stakeholder management, developing trusted and enduring relationships with business clients, including superior consultation, facilitation and collaboration.
High level ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, through all levels within an organisation (business and technical)
Strong ability to estimate, plan and manage business analysis work schedules.
Resilience to deliver outcomes quickly, within constrained timeframes.
Knowledge and experience in business process modelling and reengineering
Technical knowledge of contemporary business systems environments including web technologies, client/server technologies and database environments
Solid understanding of project management methodologies across waterfall, iterative and agile
Strong working knowledge of requirement management tools such as Sparx EA, JIRA, Confluence or similar
