Location: Shivaji Enclave ,Rajouri Garden
Experience required- 5-10 Years
Notice Period : Immediate Joiners / 10-15 Days (Max.)
Position Overview:
The Senior Architectural Designer will lead the architectural design function within the interior design company. This role involves developing detailed architectural drawings, integrating interior layouts with structural requirements, and ensuring that design intent is executed accurately at project sites. The position demands strong technical knowledge, creative design ability, and project coordination skills to deliver high-quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee architectural design concepts for interior projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
• Ensure proper integration of architectural elements with interior layouts and services.
• Collaborate with interior designers to align spatial planning, aesthetics, and functional requirements.
• Review and approve construction drawings, working details, and contractor/shop drawings.
• Work closely with clients, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure project success.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience (preferably in interior designing firms / architectural consultancies).
• Strong portfolio showcasing architectural and interior-related projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Strong design detailing and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and coordination abilities.
