Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Business Analyst in AI Engineering Team.

What you'll do here :

Collaboration

Collaboration with business stakeholders, data science teams & operation teams for defining product vision, requirement gathering & project scoping.

Collaboration with a wide variety of teams to define roadmaps & integrated plans.

Collaborate with architects to understand technical aspects and provide answers for security gatings.

Collaborate with AI engg, Data Scientists, Data Engineers & Dev Ops for Jira ticket elaboration.

Collaborate across teams to diagnose & resolve issues.

Act as a glue between data science, AI engineer and business groups.

Collaborate across teams during testing phases.

Documentation

Own & manage documents like BRD, Technical Specification doc, Functional & Non-Functional requirements, global test strategy.

Project & release planning documents.

Build case studies & project understanding document.

Communication

Proactively track progress and provide updates.

Highlight risks and share mitigation plans.

Stakeholder communication across key project milestones.

Gather & share feedback from end users.


What you bring to the table :

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst

Excellent knowledge of agile methodology.

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or any IT related education field (master’s degree is an asset).

Go getter hungry to learn & deliver results.

High sense of ownership.

Proactive and autonomus.

Persevere and navigate to find solutions when faced with challenges.

Very strong technical orientation with good problem-solving skills.

Good at coordinating, planning and prioritization.

Diplomacy, ability to influence, and ability to develop and maintain relationships.

Positive attitude, creativity, analytical skills and curiosity.

Open to flexible working hours to occassionally coincide with those of the team in the Hong Kong time zone

Solid experience in AI product development projects.

Strong knowledge in AI, Data Science and LLM applications.

Comfortable with Jira, Teams, and Confluence tools.

Ability to deliver impactful presentations and facilitate workshops.

Facilitate daily scrums, planning, review meetings, and prioritization workshops.

Very good understanding of the technical aspects of design and development.

English is required, French an asset

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
