Senior Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal and Liaisoning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all legal matters and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws. In addition, the Legal and Liaisoning Manager will be responsible for liaisoning with govermment departments of Jaipur, managing stakeholder relationships, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

Job Responsibilities:

FOR JAIPUR
• Manage all legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, including labor laws, environmental laws, and other applicable regulations.
• Liaison with external agencies, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and other key partners.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management and other employees on legal matters.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed.
• Manage the company's legal budget and ensure that legal expenses are within budgeted amounts.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests and minimize legal risks.
• Ensure that all legal filings and documentation are complete and up-to-date.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
