About the Roles
We are looking for professionals who can take charge of complex situations, lead security teams, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the site. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with modern security systems, strong stakeholder engagement, and a diverse public interface.
Positions available:
Control Room Operator – advanced CCTV, access control, emergency response coordination
Security Supervisor – team leadership, incident management, contractor oversight
Additional support roles: Rover/Foot Patrol, Loading Dock Officer, Ranger/Precinct Patrol
Key Responsibilities
Control Room Operators
Monitor and manage CCTV, access control, alarms, and site-wide digital platforms
Coordinate responses to incidents, hazards, and emergencies
Maintain real-time situational awareness and communicate clearly with field teams
Generate digital reports, escalate issues, and support client briefings
Security Supervisors
Lead and support onsite teams across patrol, loading dock, ranger, and customer-facing functions
Drive operational standards, professional presentation, and service delivery
Manage incidents, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with site procedures
Prepare detailed reports, oversee contractor access, and ensure WHS compliance
All roles
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a strong safety and security presence
Assist visitors, traders, contractors, and stakeholders with professionalism
Use ACESGroup’s smart technology platforms for reporting, analytics, and operational management
Essential Criteria
NSW Security Licence (1A)
RSA (current)
First Aid & CPR (current)
Strong communication (written and verbal)
Proven experience in a security leadership or control room environment (highly regarded)
High personal presentation and professional conduct
Ability to work rotating 24/7 rosters
Reliability, situational awareness, and sound decision-making
Ability to pass an LLND assessment
Additional licences/tickets (or willingness to obtain):
SEINS
Traffic Control / Implement TMP
White Card
Fire Warden
Working With Children Check
