Job Description

As a Residential Security Officer - Rover Patrol you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Payrate: $18.25 / per hour

Location: Overtown Miami

Full Time: Monday - Friday Shift

Must have (No Exceptions):

Valid Florida Security License D License
Valid Driver's License
2+ Years of Security Experience




Minimum Requirements:

Rover Patrol positions Security Presence in a very populated community.
Escorting employees from Property to Brightline station.
Customer Service
Speak English proficiently.
Computer savvy
21+ years of age
Required, ability to use a computer or tablet.
Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift.
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
