Born in 2008 among artists and influencers of Los Angeles, Morphe disrupted the beauty industry by making professional-quality brushes affordable and accessible.

Over the years, Morphe continued to break boundaries, fueled by iconic collaborations, internet-breaking launches, and a growing community. Today, Morphe celebrates the inner artist in everyone by empowering beauty beginners and professionals with tools and products to express themselves.

We're seeking Beauty Artists to support us during our busiest time. The Beauty Artist provides exceptional customer service, demonstrating artistry skills upon request. They must create a collaborative work environment, provide excellent service, meet store financial goals, and perform operational activities as assigned.

We have full-time and part-time seasonal vacancies available, with contracts lasting until January 2026. Beauty Artists must be available to work peak trading dates and bank holidays.

Responsibilities:
Deliver the full Morphe customer service experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Meet personal goals to contribute positively to the team and store.
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge, offering full or simple service depending on customers' needs.
Represent the Morphe brand professionally and positively.
Support promotions, events, and launches to deliver an intended customer experience.
Elevate own artistry skills consistently.
Attend required trainings and complete educational tools as assigned.
Develop knowledge of industry trends to provide best service and share with the team.
Contribute to a productive Morphe squad by connecting with employees, customers, and influencers.
Avoid unprofessional interactions with customers, coworkers, management, and business associates.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, reporting variances to Managers or People partners.
Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, and marketing standards to maintain store replenishment.
Participate in accurate physical inventory preparation and completion as assigned.
Perform non-sell tasks assigned by Management and daily responsibilities.
Ring sales accurately and use POS correctly.
Arrive on time and follow Morphe's personal appearance guidelines.
Follow safety and emergency procedures.
Identify potential loss prevention issues.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Two years retail experience, previous sales experience required.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Multitasking and relationship-building ability.
Flexibility and positive change handling.
Cosmetic artistry experience a plus.
Demonstrated business growth support and professional behavior.
Flexible availability for peak traffic times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
