Key Responsibilities

• Escalate complex or unresolved queries to appropriate teams when necessary.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM tools or call center software.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with customers.

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, but not mandatory.
