Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Shivali Iconic Trends Pvt Ltd. If you have a passion for retail and a keen eye for trends and product displays, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the retail business and will be responsible for ensuring our products are attractively displayed, stocked, and promoted to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Display & Arrangement: Create visually appealing product displays that align with brand standards, ensuring all items are properly arranged and easy to access.
• Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, identify slow-moving products, and ensure timely replenishment of products on shelves.
• Sales Floor Support: Assist in the organization of store layouts and actively monitor customer buying behaviour to enhance product placement.
• Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful seasonal and promotional displays, ensuring all products are showcased effectively.
• Inventory Control: Work closely with the store management team to maintain an accurate inventory, ensuring the availability of popular products.
• Customer Interaction: Offer exceptional customer service by providing product knowledge and assisting customers with selections when needed.

Requirements:
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in merchandising, retail sales, or related fields.
• Skills: Excellent visual merchandising skills, good understanding of retail operations, and strong attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and with other departments to meet sales and stock goals.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional retail or merchandising certifications are a plus).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
