JOB OPENING: SALES MANAGER – FIRE DETECTION, FIRE PROTECTION & SECURITY

Location: Kolkata (Eastern Region)

Job Summary:

M/s LOTUS TECHSOL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development activities in the Fire Detection, Fire Protection & Security domain. The position is based in Kolkata and will focus on business development across the Eastern Region. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, proven client-handling skills, and the ability to generate new projects and long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies for Fire Detection, Fire Protection & Security systems
• Identify, generate, and convert new clients, leads, and projects
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, builders, contractors, and end users
• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts and close deals
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for smooth execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and upcoming opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Candidate Profile:
• 4 – 10 years of experience in sales of Fire Detection / Fire Protection / Security systems
• Regional Exposure : Proven experience in the Eastern Region
• Strong technical understanding of fire alarm and detection systems & security systems
• Knowledge of NOTIFIER Fire Alarm Systems will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings & site visits

Education:
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Fire & Safety Engineering
• MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage
