Sales Leader

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Managers in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region to achieve sales and margin targets.
Put people at the forefront by fostering a positive, supportive team culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Contribute to strategic planning and support negotiations for major contracts and tenders.
About you:

Proven experience in sales and/or direct industry involvement (Safety, Packaging, Engineering, or similar).
Good leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others.
Committed to compliance and driving best practice across the team.
Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Positive, professional, and team-oriented approach with attention to detail.
