Post: Sales Coordinator (Noida Head Office) – Vacancy – 2

Post: Assistant Manager Sales (Noida Head Office) – Vacancy –1

Key Responsibilities:

Co-ordinating with the sales team every day for creating daily working report
Creating weekly reports regarding the working of the Sales team as well as performance of the team
Creating master database of the sales team including working report and performance management
Acting as a liaison between the management and sales team for passing and executing necessary orders
Maintenance of all documentation relevant to his function along with activity of subordinates and team members
Ensure total Customer Satisfaction
Will have to push distributors to increase business
Guide the sales team members in prospecting new and existing customers
Organizing periodic training on Products and business awareness
To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales
To secure and maintain the Company properties, inventories or uniform handed over to own, subordinates and team members in proper condition
To appoint new staff, subordinates and team members if directed by Company to achieve its policy and objectives

Additional K.R.A. for Assistant Manager Sales

Open and launch new or unidentified areas for OTC, FMCG & Biopharmaceutical product launching
Execution of Sales & Marketing Strategy and to increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation
Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales target for the region
Seek new customers and increase sales level
Implement and drive the sales promotion schemes
Monitor, regulate & control the coverage of the designated territory for sales leads,
Responsible for achieving revenue target of the assigned area/territory
Interaction and report to in accordance with Marketing Department & Superiors on Sales issues, Strategy and Supply Chain Management along with implementation and execution of directions and policy of Management & Company
Maintenance of all documentation relevant to his function along with activity of subordinates and team members

Desired profile:

Education – BBA / BCA / UG (For Sales Coordinator) & MBA / PG (For Assistant Manager)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Bengali Language
Age - max 25 years
Experience – Fresher to 2 year, if experienced, then Strictly FMCG required
Good communication and influential skills
Should be willing to relocate & join immediately
