Full job description
SeaBear Company is currently seeking a motivated individual as a Retail Store Associate, where you'll deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. If you're dependable, personable, and committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!


This position is based at our storefront in Anacortes, WA and will report to our Customer Experience Manager. The schedule for this position is part time, variable, and must be able to work on Saturdays. The starting wage for this position is $17.25. This is a seasonal position and will run from July until December, with some flexibility.


Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer services; greets customers, ensures positive shopping experience

• Maintains store appearance by restock shelves, tidying displays, keeps store clean

• Processes transactions accurately using POS system

• Ensures inventory managements: stock counts, low levels, reporting issues


Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Read and write in English

• Basic Computer Skills

• Must be 21 years of age, due to alcohol sales within store

• Food Handlers permit a plus


Working Conditions:

• Standing for 2hrs at a time

• Lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50lbs

• Manual dexterity to use both hands to inspect, pack, tape, and move product

• Full range of motion for pushing, pulling, twisting, stooping, reaching, grasping associated items
