Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Senior Executive at PY Genrone Intermediates located in Vadodara. As a Sales and Marketing Senior Executive.

Responsibilities
• Sales planning in accordance with production and supply chain management.
• Handling industrial sales, new business development, identifying prospects, lead generation, key account management, tracking competitors' activity, and payment collection.
• Outstanding interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills to enhance client retention, annual profits, and timely tracking of customer feedback.
• Developing, executing, and managing sales plans and curating sales budgets.
• Being accountable for monthly sales targets and timely payment collection targets.
• Conceptualizing, strategizing, and executing supply and equipment agreements with key accounts, new customers, and timely renewals.
• Maintaining all sales documentation, records, and proper reporting.
• Meeting with principal organization regarding monthly and quarterly sales plans and implementing sales plans.
• Must have basic knowledge of accountancy and bookkeeping.
