Job Description

We are looking for reliable and motivated Rostering Coordinator’s with great attention to detail to join our fast paced dynamic team. As a Rostering Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of healthcare professionals to meet the critical needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and preferences.
• Continuously monitor and adjust rosters to meet changing client needs and manage last-minute scheduling changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients to ensure strong service delivery.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in staffing or rostering is desirable.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly phone manner
• Proficiency in using Deputy, Monday.com and Microsoft Office applications is desirable
