Responsibilities
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests and fellow staff members
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, living areas, and kitchenettes
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies like soap and toilet paper
Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to uphold high cleanliness standards
Vacuum carpets and clean hard floors to keep our spaces spotless
Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Assist with laundry services as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines and hotel policies
Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests
