Come join the team as a Retail Sales Associate – Rugs within an iconic department store this spring!

Are you passionate about home décor, providing exceptional customer experiences, and helping customers find the perfect piece for their space? If so, we want you on our team!

We offer a dynamic and welcoming environment, a supportive team, and flexible hours! You will be responsible for the daily care, stocking, and merchandising of rugs while engaging with and assisting customers.

What We Offer:
Seasonal work: April – approximately 8 weeks
Shifts: 12:00pm – 6:00pm each day, Full-time & Part-time available, weekdays and weekends
Fast-Paced and Fun Team Environment
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable.
Assist customers in selecting rugs that match their design preferences and space needs. (No cash handling).
Stock, organize, and merchandise rug inventory in line with guidelines.
Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and replenishment, daily reporting.
Requirements:
Dress code – Business casual
Passion for home décor, interior design, or textiles.
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a smartphone (required for time validation).
Flexible availability, including weekends, is required.
