Key Responsibilities:

1, Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement offline retail marketing strategies to support retail stores.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns including events, promotions, and in-store displays.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and advertisements.

2, Event Planning:
• Organize and oversee in-store events, product launches, etc.
• Coordinate logistics, budgeting, staffing, and promotional activities for events.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

3, Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and unified messaging.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or a related field.
• Retail marketing related experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
