The primary objectives of the role are to ensure that all customers receive efficient, caring and professional service at all times; ensure product knowledge, general housekeeping, merchandising, stock maintenance and store standards are kept to the highest degree. Equally important is stepping in to support your team members when they need your help.

This is a Permanent position, rostered 35-37.5 hours per week across Monday to Sunday.

Retail and pharmacy experience is essential
Strong interest in providing healthcare services, knowledge of over the counter and natural health products
Strong customer focus and ability to develop connections with people and community
Flexible, adaptable and a quick learner with a proactive approach
Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming
Excited about career pathway opportunities for those motivated to learn, training provided
Ability to use Toniq retail Point of Sale
Proficiency in computers
Cash handling
Driven to achieve sales targets and KPIs
