The Role - 12 month Parental Leave Cover Role - expiring end of August 2026

Our Retail Operations Specialist role supports the project delivery of in-Brand and Group initiatives that improve efficiencies and experiences for our customer.

· Provide day-to-day operational, administrative and technical support to your peers and stakeholders

· Collaborate with Retail and internal partners across the Group to deliver on project objectives, to remove friction and identify in-country operational efficiencies

· Deliver and embed new operational processes and practices to improve productivity and utilize systems for their intended purpose

· Plan and prioritise initiatives, activities and events to deliver an effective Retail operations calendar with our customer and team in mind

· Review and identify opportunities and look for inconsistencies against Group Frameworks across our store fleet to improve productivity and create benchmarks for store formats
