This is a Permanent Full Time role working 40 hours per week across 5 days from Monday - Sunday

About the Role

As our Retail Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the store's success. You'll lead from the front, creating a culture of excellence in customer care, store presentation, and sales performance. You'll work closely with your team

to set goals, coach for success, and deliver results. From managing stock and merchandising to ensuring efficient operations and compliance, you'll balance the demands of the business with a warm, customer-focused approach that keeps people coming back.

What You'll Bring

2+ years' retail management experience, ideally in pharmacy or health retail
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff
Confidence in stock control, merchandising, and driving sales performance
Knowledge of pharmaceutical and natural health products desirable
Experience with Toniq (advantageous)
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
A friendly, professional, and approachable manner that builds trust with both customers and your team
A passion for helping people and making a positive impact in your community
Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
