Harry’s wholesale nursery have been in the flower game for over 30 years and its

remained a Family owned and operated Australian business.

We are currently seeking a full-time Retail Manager for our business located in

Homebush.

Your duties will include:

Analyzing and optimizing product assortment, inventory levels, and service quality standards
Developing and executing purchasing, marketing strategies, and establishing competitive pricing
Leading promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives to enhance visibility and sales
Engaging with customers, recommending products, and providing expert advice on usage
Managing inventory records and monitoring financial transactions for accuracy
Overseeing budget planning and financial management for the establishment
Directing the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment
In return you will receive:

Package: $77,000 per annum plus superannuation
Position: Full time (38 hours a week)
Ongoing support from our team
Requirements of position

Minimum of a relevant Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of relevant work experience if no formal qualification held
