OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a Retail Designer who goes beyond basic adaptation. You’ll be responsible for evolving global retail concepts to suit Indian formats. If you are a creative thinker, not just an adapter, and are comfortable balancing designs and real-world constraints, we would love to have you in our team!

Key responsibilities:

- Interpret and evolve global retail concepts to suit Indian formats and customer contexts.
- Adapt and enhance designs for different store sizes and locations.
- Suggest creative layout and material improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver rollouts.
- Develop 3D visualizations using SketchUp.
- Understand brand guidelines and optimize spatial storytelling.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Degree in Architecture, Interior, or Retail Design.
- 5+ years of experience in retail design.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Experience in Adobe Suite and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong understanding of materials and spatial storytelling.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong Communication Skills
