Resort Driver Oncall

Job Summary:

The Courtesy Car Driver is responsible for transporting guests via various vehicles on and off property, providing exceptional guest service and showcasing knowledge of the local area.

Responsibilities:
Transport guests on and off property in a safe and timely manner using golf carts, sedans, SUVs, 15-passenger vans, and Sprinter shuttle vehicles.
Communicate effectively with guests about the Del Mar, Solana Beach, and La Jolla areas.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of San Diego County, including restaurants, shopping areas, attractions, and freeways.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School graduate or equivalent required.
Experience preferred, but not necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
A valid California driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Capable of sitting and standing for extended periods.
Frequent reaching, bending, and heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
Basic knowledge of the San Diego area, including directions to popular locations, restaurants, and attractions.
Ability to work outdoors.
Additional Requirements:
Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance as per The Grand Del Mar grooming standards.
