Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Legal Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a commission-based role. As a Remote Legal Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top legal talent with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and identify qualified legal candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top legal talent for current and future job openings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to provide strategic recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets to maximize commission earnings.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a legal recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the legal industry.
• Strong understanding of the legal job market and legal industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:
• This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Commission rates will be competitive and commensurate with experience and performance.
