Relief Security Officer

Sodexo is seeking a Relief Security Officer to join our team in Central Scotland. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers and unlocking your career.

The ideal candidate will be a vigilant professional with a commitment to safety and security. You will be responsible for greeting staff and visitors at the gatehouse, ensuring they adhere to required security protocols, monitoring premises to prevent rule infractions, conducting regular patrols, responding promptly to alarms and security incidents, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must have an in-date SIA Licence, a full valid UK driving licence, and proven experience as a corporate security officer or relevant position. Strong observational and communication skills are also essential. Additionally, you should be able to handle emergencies calmly and effectively, and have knowledge of basic security operations and procedures.
