Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager- Mid Corporate Group located in Kolhapur, focusing on managing client relationships and delivering comprehensive banking solutions. The Relationship Manager- Mid Corporate Group is responsible for business development and maintaining, strengthening, and growing relationships with corporate clients. He or She must stay updated with the latest market trends, regulations, and products while striving to enhance the profitability of the bank.

The role requires covering Kolhapur, Solapur, Latur and nearby markets for mid corporate clients.

Qualifications

3-8
• years of relevant work experience in Relationship Management roles, with experience handling loans, trade credit, treasury solutions and liability products.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, as well as within a team dynamic, while continuing to develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
