As our Regional Marketing Partner, you’ll bring the fire to our local and state marketing across Australia and New Zealand! You’ll be the go-to for cooking up and serving bold marketing initiatives that drive buzz, boost sales, and bring our brand to life in local communities.
Reporting to our Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with our restaurant leaders—bringing your brand smarts and customer love to every conversation. You’ll be a true partner: building strong relationships, thinking strategically, and making sure our teams feel fully supported while staying aligned to our big-picture marketing magic.
What You’ll Be Firing Up
Bring our bold brand vision to life—help make Nando’s the most loved restaurant brand across Australia & New Zealand through national and local marketing campaigns.
Sizzle up fresh marketing plans for new restaurant openings, refurb magic, and local growth initiatives.
Turn up the heat on delivery platforms—driving sales and profitability with clever, customer-first campaigns.
Team up with our awesome Operations and Development crew to make sure the Nando’s brand is shining bright across every state.
Spot hot media and partnership opportunities that keep Nando’s top-of-mind (and top-of-tastebuds).
Manage agency partners and creatives to bring our marketing ideas to life.
Keep an eye on campaign performance—celebrate the wins and learn from the flames.
The Skills to Set You on Fire :
A marketing-related qualification
Relevant experience in a similar role
Knowledge of retail or hospitality? Even better—you’ll understand what makes fast-paced, people-powered environments tick.
A track record of turning brand love into real results.
People person vibes—great at building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Proactive, curious, and full of initiative—you don’t wait for the brief, you help write it.
Next-level attention to detail and a love of planning (sticky notes and colour-coded spreadsheets welcome).
A mix of creativity, smarts, and a touch of analytical flair.
A lateral thinker and a natural problem solver—you see solutions where others see roadblocks.

The Boring (but Important) Stuff:
This is a full time, permanent based in Melbourne, from our purpose-built office in Richmond, on hybrid basis.
