Job Description

Non-Litigation Role – Focus on corporate legal functions, mortgage documentation, and compliance.
• Review and appraise legal opinion reports and assess cases on legal aspects.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage laws and local property laws of respective States (mandatory).
• Well-versed with documentation required to create valid mortgages in State
• Build and manage a robust network of local advocates across State for empanelment and legal support.
• Handle and resolve legal queries raised by internal and external auditors.
• Lead and manage a team of 10+ legal professionals across respective State
• Oversee and manage empaneled vendors and advocates across State
• Exposure to basic litigation matters and good liaison with peer legal professionals across industries will be considered an advantage.
