About the role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing a professional and personable client service experience. To succeed in this role, you will be presentable, enthusiastic, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting clients, answering telephones and forwarding calls, management of room bookings and set up, and other administration tasks as required.

About you

Have previous experience working in a reception/administration role or in professional services
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Possess excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Effectively manage changing priorities and remain calm under pressure
Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Be open to constructive feedback and ongoing learning
