Receptionist / Telephone Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Enhancing guest experience
2. Supervising floor operations & attending guest calls confidently
3. Taking guest orders & recording sales.

4. Keeping a follow-up for stock, maintaining balance of stock

5. Selling through different means (direct sales, online, etc)

6. Female candidates & command over English language are preferred
