Responsibilities
Undertakes receptionist and administrative duties for the Philadelphia office
Has full technical and administrative responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating projects/assignments
Perform receptionist and administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, mailing, etc
Take accurate minutes of meetings
Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence - memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Book travel arrangements
