Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors upon arrival
Direct visitors to the appropriate departments
Manage incoming calls
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide information to visitors and handle inquiries
Manage mail and deliveries
Ensure office security by following established procedures
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
