Real Estate Specialist

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
• Call & build relationships with prospective clients
• Investment counselling of client upon field visit
• Sale closure by the end of site visit
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline

Qualifications
• 1+ years in Real Estate industry (Preferred)
• 2+ Yrs of overall sales experience
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent dressing sense
• Personal vehicle is a plus
• Gurgaon geography knowledge is a plus
• Real estate knowledge is a plus
