PET Line

Monitor both Hot-fill and CSD production lines. along with interlock verification and validation
• Proficient in handling , KRONES Contiflow (Mixer) and FBI
• Execute quality control measures for line testing in adherence to KORE requirements.
• Analyze various aspects of finished product (AOT, BRIX, GAS VOLUME, pH, VISCOSITY, PARTICLE

SIZE, VACUUM, TTA and TORQUE)
• Analyze retention and market samples using tests like GVRT and INVERSION.
• Maintain high standards of GMP and GHK in processing and packaging area.
• Establish and maintain adherence to all quality parameters.
• Organize and facilitate sensory evaluation sessions for finished products and also a part of sensory

panellist team.
• Maintaine and record CCP's, OPRP's, and PRP's.
• Familiar with the fundamentals of CSD & JUICE process based on MMI guidelines.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge about testing parameters for blown PET bottles Salary up to 4.5 LPA/5 LPA
